GAP year

After all I want to finish Batxillerat, and if it could be with good marks. And then, in English classes I knew about GAP year, a year which you stop studying but you work in an other country. Some jobs are volunteer but some others pay to you for your work.

If I had the chance to get a GAP year I would like to go a country where they speak English because I love English and because I want to know to speak it and understand it perfectly. My best friend Paula has family in Australia so she went there and she says that it's an amazing country, so I really would like to go to Australia with her on a GAP year, working and having fun there : learning the language perfectly, meeting new people, learning new things about the culture... and if we have the chance to find some job what we collect a salary.

And then I would like to come back to Spain and go to the University of Barcelona and study Sociology, but I don't know if it's really what I want to do. Maybe I will not go to the University... but of course I want to continue studying.

I think that the GAP year is really good for me because nowadays languages is one of the most important things to get a good job, and English is an important language.
