Love...

I choose a song by Jason Derülo, my favourite singer. This song ("Breathing") is dedicated to one of his former girlfriends and his cousin, who died. I know it because I have searched on the internet what the song meant to him.

I think that the song expresses a platonic love between him and the girl, but also expresses an impossible love what was possible, but no longer can be together.
Also, I think that the platonic part of the song is dedicated to his cousin because I think that it is so sad and I think that Jason wouldn't like that his cousin is dead.

I love the chorus of the song, when he says : "I only miss you when I'm breathing, I only need you when my heart is beating". It is really sweet and romantic. I don't know  he dedicated the chorus for the girl or his cousin, maybe both...
